Tire Swing Fund Grantee - Bahay215
I love how the Bahay215 artists, Nicky Uy and Omar Buenaventura were able to use their Tire Swing microgrant to bring the FilipinX diaspora to our stoop in Philadelphia at Asian Arts Initiative. The planter they built is not only full of vegetables from the FilipinX diaspora, but includes a xylophone-like instrument that projects the tones of a FilipinX song when played. Amazing!
